Valentines day! Dinner was what is called a Clambake. I don't know why it is called a clam bake, there are clams in it but nothing is baked. It turned out good with Clams, Oysters, Shrimp, Mussels and Lobster tails. Also Anduille sausage and red skin tatoes. I got into cooking and prepping so much I forgot to take pictures except for a couple I have posted. We had a good and relaxing weekend and now ready to go out and see what Fresh Hell awaits us on Monday in the automotive nightmare in Detroit.
